Harena moves to acquire US rare earths assets
Harena Rare Earths has signed an exclusivity agreement in regard to a suite of US rare earths and uranium assets in San Bernadino County, California. This part of California is well-known for mining, and the assets in question are not far away from the US's only producing rare earths mine, owned by MP Materials and well-supported by the US government.
Harena will now enter into a due diligence period in regard to the assets, which executive chairman Ivan Murphy estimates will take a couple of months. Watch the interview to find out more.
